Barbados
The most established market in the region: a deep resale market, direct flights, private healthcare and a west coast that has held value through several cycles. Prices reflect that maturity.
Antigua & Barbuda
Strong air links, an internationally known sailing scene and unusually varied beachfront stock — from Jolly Harbour marina apartments to private headland estates. Rental demand is genuinely seasonal but reliable.
Grenada
Still the value story. Lance aux Épines, Grand Anse and the south coast offer coastal property at prices that were common elsewhere a decade ago, with a growing expatriate community around the university.
Saint Kitts, Nevis and Saint Lucia
Nevis may suit buyers looking for a slower pace, while Saint Lucia offers dramatic settings and Saint Kitts combines established communities with resort and development opportunities. Verify current inventory, access and running costs for each specific property.
Where the numbers quietly do not line up
Very remote islands can be wonderful to visit and difficult to own. Thin rental demand, expensive logistics and long resale timelines all deserve honest weighing before you fall for the view.
